I completed my fifth initiation in the Melchizedek Method with Master Alton Kamadon in London on the 12th October 2003. 

I fell in love with his teachings, the flower of life and sacred geometry. Alton Kamadon died in November 2003, about three weeks after my fifth initiation. He is a truly loving Master. I believe that Alton is still active on the inner planes. 

I spent six years from the age of 37 to 43 practising Raj Yoga. 

After that time, I spent up to five years meditating, studying and teaching with the Brahma Kumaris.

For a period of time, I facilitated a method called Galaxial Realignment.

I spent five years in the I Am University, learning and teaching the ascension work of its founder, Dr Joshua David Stone.  

I have been a teacher of Sacred Circle Dance for thirty-five years.

I held an Eckhart Tolle group in my home for about two years.

I was born in London, England.

After that period I began a tai chi class where I met my present husband. We have been married now for thirty years.
